By accessing or using LeadRadar AI ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LeadRadar AI is an AI-powered lead generation and outreach platform. It provides lead discovery, enrichment, AI-generated messaging, CRM pipeline management, export tools, and team collaboration features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
3. Account Registration
To access paid features you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered by bots are prohibited.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must:
- Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, TRAI regulations, etc.)
- Comply with GDPR, India PDPB, and all applicable data protection regulations
- Obtain proper consent before contacting individuals via email or WhatsApp
- Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
- Use exported data responsibly and only for legitimate business purposes

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through PayU India. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until payment is completed. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. LeadRadar's Rights
LeadRadar reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Investigate suspected misuse or abuse of the platform
- Limit API usage to prevent abuse or system overload
- Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law
- Modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice
8. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, logos, and content on the platform are owned by LeadRadar AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the leads you discover and the content you create using our tools. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your input data to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that leads discovered are 100% accurate, that the platform will be available without interruption, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadRadar's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
