All sales are final — no refunds
LeadRadar is a digital service delivered instantly. All subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and a free plan is available so you can evaluate the product before paying.
1. No Refunds
Because LeadRadar provides immediate access to AI lead discovery, enrichment, outreach and credits, all payments are final and non-refundable — including monthly subscription fees and any credit allowances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of a billing period, unused credits, or a change of mind.
We strongly recommend evaluating LeadRadar on the free plan before purchasing a paid plan.
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings page. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- No refund is issued for the current or any partial period
- Your data is retained for 30 days after expiry, then permanently deleted
3. Billing Corrections
The no-refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. In the rare case of a genuine billing error — a duplicate charge for the same period, or being charged after a confirmed cancellation — we will correct it. Email rahulkarthik1998@gmail.com with your registered email and transaction ID and we'll review within 1 business day.
4. No Hidden Charges
LeadRadar does not charge setup fees, exit fees, or data-export fees. The price shown at subscription is the price you pay — no surprises. All charges are shown clearly before you complete payment.
